Kerry Howard, Treasurer
Founding board member. Kerry's son and daughter have both played ball since they were seven years old. During this time Kerry has served as assistant coach and her most memorable duty as "dugout mom". She has always enjoyed playing softball from a young age but now has a greater love for softball/baseball from watching her kids play the game they love. She prides herself in being their #1 fan.

When Illyssia moved to Richmond her freshman year at EKU, she instantly knew this would be her new home. She grew up playing softball and has always had a strong love for the game, which she now gets to share as a coach. Craig Gilliland, Vice President
Hey yall! I’m Coach Craig. I’ve been serving the kids of Richmond with RFC since 2023.
I believe sports are about more than just sports. Softball is a tool that can be used to
develop strong, confident, resilient humans. The girls of RFC will one day be the
productive members of Madison County and my job is to be an unwavering source of
belief in them and to teach them to believe in themselves.

Joshua Foster, Player Agent
Welcome Josh to the board! He was been involved with Richmond Fastpitch Club since 2023 including roles as an Assistant and Head Coach. Josh will be overseeing team rosters, Spring evaluations, team practice scheduling and league game scheduling. His mission is to guide young athletes through their softball journey, ensuring they have the right opportunites to develop their skills, build confidence and pursue their passion for the game.
